In a world infatuated by appearance, this is so often forgotten. So much unhappiness and frustration is caused by not understanding this truth.

As I have said before, this is my goal, not an achievement.

I only hope that I can achieve at least some elements of this philosophy. This best defines my concept of self-spirituality.
