This is the biggest cause of extreme polarization, only slightly more so than an educational system in the process of being taken over by increasingly biased educators who indoctrinate, not educate. Throw in most politicians whose primary reason for existence is power acquisition and personal profit and you get today’s society.

Only when the people no longer remember life with real freedom and personal choice will this polarization cease to exist.
